Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email.

🚚 Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days

Remote areas may take: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and location.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on selected products or offers (if applicable)

Otherwise, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be shown at checkout

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID.

You can track your order in real time through our courier partner’s website.

⚠️ Important (Loss Prevention Policy)

To protect against fake orders and reduce losses:

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch

COD orders may require confirmation call or OTP verification

Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to blocked future orders

Delivery partners may attempt delivery 2 times only

If order is not accepted, shipping charges may be deducted in future orders

🔄 Return & Refund Shipping Rule

If return is approved, customer may need to ship product back (unless otherwise stated)

Shipping cost for return may be:

Paid by customer (for non-defective returns)

Paid by us (only for damaged/wrong product cases)

📦 Undelivered Orders

If the order is:

Not accepted by customer

Wrong address provided

Phone unreachable

Then it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and shipping cost may be deducted.
